Research

  • R&D work of SRLS primarily focuses on the hardware and software of chemical/biological analytical instruments and their related applications. Currently, our main target is to develop components and complete devices related to mass spectrometers and ion mobility spectrometers with both large size (high performance) and small size (high portability).
  • For large instrument, the key research areas include high-resolution/high dynamic range ion mobility spectrometers, high transmission ion guides, various ionization and dissociation methods and so on. These technologies, integrated with the continuously improving mass analyzers, have become important tools for innovation in proteomics and metabolomics.
  • For small instruments, we have developed a series of compact mass spectrometers and related technologies to meet the demands of various fields, from organic synthesis monitoring to environmental and clinical testing.
  • While developing hardware, we also place great importance on innovation in software and algorithms, as well as the advancement of related applications. At the same time, we are continuously seeking the introduction and collaborative application of external technologies.
